Whether you are looking to book an appointment with one of our leading consultants or help and advice about treatment costs, this section provides you with information on paying for your consultation to post-treatment care.
We can arrange treatment for overseas patients, whether through an Embassy, sponsoring organisation, or directly from your country of residence.
Our international coordinators will help you find the right consultant, arrange appointments, assist with hospital admissions, and provide recommendations and guidance throughout your stay.
Our dedicated team of patient coordinators will help advise you on costs and arrange your care with these simple steps:
Contact our friendly team to arrange your initial consultation with the right specialist at a time that suits you 01
Whether you are insured, self-paying or sponsored, our team will help you to arrange payment for your care 02
During the consultation, your specialist will outline your treatment and any tests or imaging you may require 03
Our patient coordinators will plan a convenient time for any treatment and support you with all the information you need before any hospital admission 04
If you choose to pay for your own treatment, our self-pay service is designed to help you make the right choice.
We will advise you of the costs for your initial consultation and any subsequent treatments you may require. Our fees are fixed, so you will know exactly what you will pay.
If a fixed price is not available, we will provide you with an estimate or price range.
We can arrange your admission and payment to our world-class London partner hospitals. We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and personal cheques (at least 10 working days prior to your appointment).
We have a dedicated team, who coordinate sponsored patient appointments andadmissions.
If your company or embassy is sponsoring your treatment, please provide a signed letter of guarantee. We will send invoices directly to your sponsor, so you can focus on getting well. Without a letter of guarantee, you may be asked to settle your own account.
If your company is funding your treatment, please contact us to arrange your care.
If your company has agreed to cover the cost of your healthcare, you’ll need to provide us with a letter of guarantee authorising payment for your tests or treatment
If your government is sponsoring your treatment, please contact us so we can arrange your treatment by one of London’s leading consultants.
We accept letters of guarantee from many different embassies and have a lot of experience in managing this process.
