Ginny qualified in 2002 at the University of Wales College of Medicine. She has spent the majority of her career working in the field of women's health and is passionate about supporting women through every stage in their life. Ginny has trained extensively in Menopause care and has spent the past 5 years with this as her focus. Many women struggle with their hormones from puberty to perimenopause and beyond and Ginny is experienced and well qualified to deliver individualised care. Hormone imbalances can cause debilitating PMS, PMDD and distressing symptoms due to PCOS. The perimenopause then brings a whole new collection of symptoms that can affect women physically, emotionally, psychologically, and sexually. An individualised, evidence based and holistic approach to supporting women through their menopause transition can have a positive impact on their future health, as well as overall wellbeing.

Ginny continues to work as a GP in Sussex and as a Menopause Specialist at King’s College Hospital, London. She is the co-founder and CEO of The Women’s Hormone clinic and believes that all women should have access to the information they need to make informed choices and to medical expertise to support them through all the hormone changes they will experience in their life, so that they can live the life they want.
