Hina is an award-winning family physician with a specialist interest in integrative women's health and Well-being. She qualified with a distinction in medical sciences and first prize in Psychology, Sociology and Epidemiology. She completed her GP training in 2014 on the highly competitive Chelsea & Westminster training scheme in London. She holds a BSc in Pharmacology and an MSc in Public Health in addition to postgraduate diplomas in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Paediatrics. She is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, and an undergraduate tutor at Imperial College School of Medicine where she teaches a range of courses including health coaching, lifestyle medicine and biomedical sciences. She is also a postgraduate educator and has worked in global health and published and presented in over 50 international peer-reviewed journals, books, conferences and national, international and regional events.

Hina frequently contributes to the media and has appeared on BBC, ITV and Sky News and she also presents a weekly TV health show. She has served as an advisor to the UK and international governments and the UN on several health policy areas. Alongside her clinical and educational commitments, Hina is an ambassador of the Women of The Future network and currently chairs two national non-profit organisations in the UK and supports a number of philanthropic projects globally focused on girls' education and women's health and socioeconomic empowerment.

Having experienced menstrual disorders herself, Hina understands the significant impact they can have on personal and professional well-being and how women may feel limited and unable to thrive. She is passionate about supporting women to flourish in all areas of their lives by improving their menstrual cycle wisdom and empowering them to reach peak productivity and embodied well-being. She uses a creative, compassionate and transformative approach integrating the best scientific evidence with lifestyle counselling, health coaching and practical self-help techniques.
