Minimum 12-month membership term applies.
Included GP consultations are limited per membership year; additional GP consultations are available at a reduced rate.
One included GP consultation may be used as an annual health assessment with a preselected blood test.
Urgent care consultations are discounted; any treatments or tests following are charged separately.
Member discounts apply to selected services only and do not apply to packages.
The physiotherapy add-on is optional. The 3 included sessions reset annually and 15% off applies to any additional sessions.
