A message from our CEO
Dear Visitor,
My name is Paul Culpan, CEO of London International Patient Services and head of arthroplasty surgery at the largest trauma centre in Europe, the Royal London Hospital.
For many years, I have treated international patients who have travelled for care here in London and abroad. Often the complexity and level of care required is challenging, making it especially important to find the very best specialist and hospital.
That’s why at London International Patient Services we tailor the care delivered for each individual patient, selecting clinicians with the relevant skill set from our group of peer-reviewed teaching hospital consultants, to ensure optimal patient care.

Our aim is to make your outpatient visit with one of our specialists as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Each outpatient centre offers its unique and wide range of specialist services, including diagnostics and treatment clinics, as well as pre-assessment tests and investigations.
TRANSPORT to and from
We can facilitate our patients and their relatives with their journeys, such as arranging private ambulances and patient transport to and from hospitals, doctors or clinic appointments, as well as provide high dependency transport and airport transfers.
INTERPRETERS International Patient
We understand the importance of clear and effective open lines of communication between our patients and clinicians, especially when travelling to a country where English may not be your first language. We can arrange highly qualified patient advocates or medical interpreters to support our non-English speaking patients throughout their stay.
