Meet The Co-Founders

Mr Paul Culpan and Mr Ibraheim El-Daly are the founders of LIPS Healthcare, combining decades of clinical expertise with a shared commitment to patient-centred innovation. Both are leading Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons with extensive experience in complex trauma and lower limb reconstruction, and have channelled their surgical insight into building a forward-thinking healthcare model focused on quality, access and integration.

Mr Culpan is a senior Consultant at The Royal London Hospital, one of Europe's largest trauma centres, specialising in advanced hip and knee reconstruction, including customised joint replacements. Mr El-Daly, a Consultant at King's College Hospital London, is dual fellowship-trained in complex trauma and arthroplasty, with particular expertise in pelvic reconstruction. Both have trained internationally and are actively involved in research, teaching and clinical leadership.

Through LIPS Healthcare, Paul and Ibraheim are redefining private healthcare delivery, championing multidisciplinary collaboration and setting new standards in innovation and excellence.
