Our Story
London International Patient Services (LIPS), a private healthcare provider based in London, was established in 2016, offering high-quality medical services to both international and local patients. LIPS provides access to a network of highly skilled consultants across a wide range of specialties who actively practise their specialities at leading hospitals in the UK.
Today LIPS is the UK's largest multispecialty private group, featuring over 100 consultants practising in over 24 different specialties from top NHS teaching hospitals. Our consultants are carefully selected for their expertise and supported by world-class clinical teams, built on deep experience, trust, and proven excellence. Many of our consultants are recognised leaders, both nationally and internationally, making them some of the top experts in healthcare.

Meet The Co-Founders
Mr El-Daly and Mr Culpan
Co-Founders and Board Members
Mr Paul Culpan and Mr Ibraheim El-Daly are the founders of LIPS Healthcare, combining decades of clinical expertise with a shared commitment to patient-centred innovation. Both are leading Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons with extensive experience in complex trauma and lower limb reconstruction, and have channelled their surgical insight into building a forward-thinking healthcare model focused on quality, access and integration.
Both have trained internationally and are actively involved in research, teaching and clinical leadership.
Mr Paul Culpan
Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon
(Hip & Knee)
Mr Culpan is a senior Consultant at The Royal London Hospital, one of Europe's largest trauma centres, specialising in advanced hip and knee reconstruction, including customised joint replacements.
Mr Ibraheim El-Daly
Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon
(Pelvic and Acetabular Trauma)
Mr El-Daly, a Consultant at King's College Hospital London, is dual fellowship-trained in complex trauma and arthroplasty, with particular expertise in pelvic reconstruction.
Through LIPS Healthcare, Paul and Ibraheim are redefining private healthcare delivery, championing multidisciplinary collaboration and setting new standards in innovation and excellence.

LIPS Day Case Hospital
Launching in 2026
LIPS Daycase Hospital is set to open soon, offering a comprehensive range of medical services & will feature advanced facilities including Mammography, CT and MRI scanning, and 14 consulting rooms. In addition, we will provide physiotherapy, pathology, health & wellness services, and a state-of-the-art pharmacy. With 4 operating theatres and 10 procedure rooms, our hospital is equipped to offer premium, healthcare in a comfortable setting.
