About Mr Daniel Chimdindu Ojirika
Biography
I qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2021 and gained experience working in a National Trauma Centre before moving into private practice, giving me a broad clinical perspective.
As a competitive football and tennis athlete throughout my school and university years, I have personally experienced the benefits of physiotherapy, which has allowed me to treat patients with empathy and a strong understanding of rehabilitation, performance, and general well-being.
I completed my MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. My approach combines patient education, exercise prescription, and hands-on techniques such as joint mobilisations, myofascial and trigger point release, supported by adjuncts including shockwave therapy and taping. Treatment is always tailored to the individual to relieve pain and optimise function.
I am passionate about improving community health, with a special interest in supporting athletes and dancers in both rehabilitation and performance enhancement.
