Mr Gee is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in the management of problems related to the pelvis, hip and knee.
He offers expertise in primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery, knee arthroscopy and ligament reconstruction, and pelvic and acetabular trauma surgery.
Mr Gee was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at King’s College Hospital in April 2015 and is the clinical lead for providing Orthopaedic services to Bexley CCG.
Working in one of London’s most respected teaching hospitals, Mr Gee is one of a handful of surgeons specialising in complex acetabular trauma surgery whilst having privileges to admit to a private wing of an NHS acute care facility.
Aside from arthroplasty surgeries, Mr Gee continues to manage patients with knee sports injuries and knee ligament injuries including reconstructions in complex multiple ligament injuries of the knee.
Mr Gee studied medicine at King’s College London, before completing his surgical training across the South-East of England. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in 2011.
He has undergone extensive Fellowship training in lower limb arthroplasty and trauma. Mr Gee spent twelve months at Flinders Medical Centre and the Repatriation Hospital in Adelaide, South Australia and 6 months at The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, one of the busiest Major Trauma Units in Europe.
