If following assessment, your consultant believes your symptoms would be best treated by another expert, they will provide swift, seamless and hassle-free transition to another skilled specialist.
Wide-awake surgery
LIPS provides innovative wide-awake surgery, using advanced local anaesthetic techniques. This revolutionary type of surgery has been described as a game-changer in hand and wrist surgery. The procedure is pain-free, but patients can still move their limb. The surgeon can assess the effectiveness of the surgical intervention during the operation, ensuring better results and a quicker recovery.
