We are pleased to announce Mr Ahmed Ibrahim consultant spinal neurosurgeon is joining us!!
Mr Ibrahim is a consultant neurosurgeon with a special interest in complex spinal surgery at Queens University Hospital.

He trained in neurosurgery in London and completed a prestigious spinal fellowship in complex and minimally invasive spinal surgery in Toronto, Canada. He also undertook a travelling fellowship to leading spinal centres in the US to complement his training.

Mr Ibrahim has advanced skills in minimally invasive surgery in complex spinal procedures and is an active academic with a PhD in neurosciences and currently co-leading a research project investigating the use of stem cells in the treatment of spinal cord injury and neurological dysfunction.

He has been awarded numerous prestigious prizes including those from the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the North American Cervical Spine Research Society. He was also awarded scholarships from both the Royal College of Surgeons, England and HCA in recognition of his achievements.
